The buyer has the right to cancel the order within 30 days without stating a reason. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which the buyer, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the buyer, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, the buyer must submit a return request through the return form available on Carlheim’s website. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that the return request is submitted before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If the buyer cancels the order, Carlheim will reimburse all payments received for the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the returned products have been received and approved according to the conditions below.

If shipping charges were added to the order, these will not be reimbursed.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, no additional fees will be incurred as a result of the reimbursement.

Returns

It is important to us that the buyer feels safe and confident with their purchase. All items have been quality controlled before shipment.

The buyer may return any unused Carlheim item in its original packaging for a full refund within 30 days after the cancellation notice, provided that the item has been returned and approved according to the conditions below.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Items that have been used are not eligible for return. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

The protective plastic on the front of the watch, tags, or protective coating on other items must not be removed for the return to be approved.

If an item is returned in an unacceptable condition, the return will not be accepted and the item will be sent back to the buyer.

Because returns have a significant environmental impact in the form of additional CO₂ emissions, we charge a return fee to reduce unnecessary purchases and returns.

How to Return a Product

Once the request has been submitted, you will receive further instructions and a return label where applicable.

International Returns

For orders placed outside the EU, the buyer is solely responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

The buyer may exchange any unused Carlheim item in its original packaging within 30 days after receiving the product.

To initiate an exchange, please submit the request through the return form on our website.

You will receive a return label and further instructions. A replacement item will be shipped as soon as Carlheim has received and approved the returned item.

Items that have been used are not eligible for exchange.

Uncollected Packages

Please make sure to collect your package in time so that it is not returned to us.

Uncollected shipments are returned to Carlheim. For each uncollected package, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover handling, administration, and return shipping costs.

Use of Discount Codes and Promotions

Promotional discounts apply to the original purchase only and are not valid for exchanges or new purchases.

Only one coupon per customer may be used.

Promotions may not be combined with other discount codes in the same purchase.

If items purchased with a discount code are returned, the value of the discount may be deducted from the refund.
